Join us for the ultimate “Who Done it” during this daytrip to the town of Langley’s Murder Mystery. The "Mystery" is an interactive play which takes place all over the little town of Langley on South Whidbey Island. Gather clues, speak to townsfolk who are in character and try to solve the crime. Written by local authors and involving live local actors roaming the streets as well as additional "suspects" including the mayor, the police chief, shop keepers, the librarian, and basically the whole town. You will have the afternoon to explore the quaint town and try your hand at being the next Sherlock Holmes. In Cold Mud: Gold fever leads to murder
Gold fever has struck the tiny island village of Langley, Washington! Just as prices for the yellow metal reach historic highs a quiet stranger wanders into town with a pocket full of gold nuggets. Everyone from the sheriff to the local dentist wants to know where he made his strike but the young man isn't talking. When his mud covered body is found in the city park, the search is on for the killer and the gold. With half the town and both of his deputies out searching for gold, the local sheriff will need all the help he can get to find the murderer. Can you help solve this mystery?
