Sequim Lavender Farm Faire

Smell the Fresh Aroma of Washington's Lavender Fields

Sequim Lavender Farm Faire

The Sequim Lavender Farm Faire brings together years of lavender traditions in Sequim, the premier lavender region in North America. Sequim is located on Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula, cradled in the “rain shadow” of the Olympic Mountains and Olympic National Park. The Sequim-Dungeness Valley has an ideal microclimate for growing lavender and with less than 20 inches of rain per year; the area is similar to the Provence region of France. Because of the unique conditions and dedicated farmers, Sequim lavender has received world-wide recognition for its superior quality and fragrance. Sequim's farmers have over 100 years of combined experience cultivating lavender, developing the best planting and growing practices, and creating lavender products.

See the Beauty of Washington's Olympic Peninsula

Join us aboard a deluxe motorcoach to experience the essence of lavender during this daytrip. Purple fields swaying in the breeze, heady aroma of sun kissed flowers, and the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula await your arrival. From Seattle you will travel via motorcoach and Washington State Ferry to the Sequim-Dungeness Valley to view some of the Lavender fields and attend this annual event. Escorted by a seasoned tour guide, your tour will make stops at 3 premier lavender Farms on Tour and Lavender in the Park. You will enjoy time at leisure and lunch (not included). The farms on tour are the classic and beautiful farms of the Sequim-Dungeness Valley. Each farm is its own festival with fields of lavender, u-pick, workshops, demonstrations, crafts, food, music, and of course, more fields of lavender.

Lavender in the Park

Vendors from across the Northwest bring their natural products, art work and crafts to display at the faire. While there, you'll enjoy an open air market, fantastic festival cuisine, music, demonstrations and many colorful booths, all in a beautiful park setting. The food court has many delightful offerings to tempt you, and Olympic Peninsula wineries will be featured in the Wine & Beer Garden. Take home some lavender gifts for your friends and family, or treat yourself to some lavender therapy.
